The eligibility check and the first 30-minute consultation are provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed. Any paid services are subject to a separate written engagement letter signed by both parties.

6. Fees and refunds
Where paid services are engaged, fees are disclosed upfront in writing. Refunds are governed by the Australian Consumer Law and the specific engagement letter.

8. Limitation of liability
